SARAH RAIFORD WILL

In the name God Amen.  I Sarah Raiford of North Carolina, Johnston County, being in
a low
being in a low state of health, but of perfect and sound memory and calling to mind
the morta
mind the mortality of all flesh do make constitute and ordain this my last Will&
Testamen
Will& Testament in manner and form following, first I will that all my just debts be
paid 
debts be paid or ordered to be paid in due time by my executor.

ITEM:  I give and bequeath to my beloved son, Redin Raiford one two hundred dollar
note 
dollar note on Robert Raiford with the interest thereon or that may become due on
the same 
on the same also one cow and year old one year old bull one three year old heifer.

I
heifer.

ITEM:  I bequeath to my beloved daughter Bathsheba Oliver one hundred dollars, one
three 
one three year old heifer, one churn, one Dutch oven, one saddle, one pair of cotton
car
cotton cards, one flax wheel, a parcel of picked cottons, and all my clothes and
those 
and those articles heretofore that remain her possession.

ITEM:  I give to my beloved son, Redin Raiford one feather bedstead and furnitur
furniture with all and every part and parcel of my estate not heretofore given away,
an
away, and for the execution of the same I do hereby appoint and ordain my beloved 
beloved son, Redin Raiford as executor to this my last Will and Testament.  In
witness 
witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 24th of
