Johnston County, NC – Will of Elias Rose, 1912 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ North Carolina } Johnston County } I Elias Rose of the aforesaid County and State being of sound mind but considering the uncertainty do make and declare this my last will and testament First I want to give my wife Eveline Rose everything I have got her lifetime or widowhood to dispose of as she sees fit Second My land to be divided in three parts commencing at big ditch at the Strickland road run direct to Bizzell line for Nellie G Creech Split balance of land open in middle north & south; part next to Strickland road to Fletcher Langley his life time then to his son Durwood Langley the other piece to George W. Rose my son I Elias Rose want Nellie G Creech to pay Lenaser Langley five dollars I want George W Rose to pay Peniney Toler five dollars I give Perneasey Phillips the note that I hold against Gary Phillips I want Generol?
