Bingham & ordered to be recorded. Thos Bagby (?) In the name of God Amen I, JAMES STEVENSON of Johnston County and State of North Carolina being weak in body but strong in mind do make and declare this to be my last will and Testament in words following Item 1 it is my desire that after my death that my Exc have me burried a decent Christian form 2nd I give unto my Daughter JANE STEVENSON one Bed, bedsted and furniture one chest 1 cow and calf her choice 1 sow and pigs 1 pewter dish her choice 1 table Item 3rd I give unto my son BENJAMIN STEVENSON all of the rest of my property that I may die in possession of money accepted Item 4th of I leave any money on hand at my death it is my desire that it be divided between all of my children and I do by these presents revoke annul and make void all other will or wills heretofore made by me declaring this to be my last will and testament and I do also appoint my son BENJ STEVENSON my Executor to this my said will in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3rd day of October in the year of our Lord 1847 Witness JAMES STEVENSON C. -- Bingham Merit Stephenson will book 21, p. 291, aug. term 1848 ________________________________________________________________________ Copyright.
