Johnston County, NC - Will of John Stuckey, 1820 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Will of John Stuckey Johnston County 1820 Know all men that I John Stucky do ordain this my last will and testament and know having my mind composed to God and my body to the Earth I now touch my worldly estate. I will all my just debts be paid and I will to my beloved wife Nancy Stucky my land and all my house hold property during her lifetime or widowhood I will to my oldest son James Stucky my horse but the said horse shall be kept to the use of my wife until my son James Stucky shall be twenty years old and my shotgun I also will to my son James Stucky and after my wifes death or marriage all my property to be sold and equally divided amongest the whole of my children and all my tools and stock of every description to my wife during her life or widowhood I now will all my children fifty cents each and I now appoint Henry Boyet my Executor this the 21st day of June 1819 signed and sealed in the presence of us Witness John Stucky (his mark) Henry Boyet Elizabeth Stucky (her mark) ___________________________________________________________________ Copyright.
