Black is insane you are hereby commanded to bring him before me or some other Justice of the Peace of some County with the in the next ten days that necessary proceedings may be had. AFFIDAVIT TO PROCORE EXAMINATION OF AN INSANE PERSON STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, Jones County. The Undersigned residing in said County, makes oath that he has carefully examined Alexander Black, the alleged lunatic, and believes him to be an insane person, and to be, in the opinion of the undersigned, a fit subject for admission into an Insane Asylum.
