These appeared before me  (Emmanuel Simmons esquire preceding Justice of the 
County Court of Jones) Lewis Bryan Clerk of said Court and made oath that the 
aforegoing list and account as it is stands stated is strictly just and true.  
I also verify the same to have been compared with the several dockets of Court 
and to concur therewith
