Feb. 15, 1790 WILLIAM LANIER and wife, MARY, both of Anson County to LEMUEL 
HATCH of Jones County, all of North Carolina, for 5 pounds..........4-1/2 
acres on South side of Trent River which is our share of land that fell to us 
at the death of LEMUEL HATCH, Esq., deceased.
