At the same time and place will be hired Eighteen or Twenty valuable Negro fellows, some of whom are tradesman, and all of them good working hands, and a number of Negro Women and Children. Also will be rented on the same day, for three or more years, THE PLANTATION, MILLS DWELLING-HOUSE AND IMPROVEMENTS attached thereto, belonging to said estate.
