Order for partition of slaves by Richd. Reynolds, Edwd. Bryan, and Wm.
Bryan between Nancy & Leah Yates, minors agreeable to will.

Valuation of slaves by Frederick Harget and Lewis Bryan 6 Jan 1786:

Silla     £90
Young Frankey and child Sarah £130
Dinah     £80
London    £80
Jim     £60
Little Dinah     £30
Allot to William Bush and wife Penelope Dinah

Another valuation of slaves done 1788. Same slaves as above, similar
values.

Valuation and allotment 8 Mar 1790. Slaves now Franky, Cillar, James,
Dinah, Sarah, and Moll. James alloted to Tobias Cobb and wife Elizabeth.

Another valuation done 9 Apr 1792. Slaves now are Silla, Franky, Dinah,
Sarah, Moll, Amos.
Sarah and Moll allotted to Samuel Hall and wife Mary.

Order for partition of slaves by Frederick Thorpe, Nathan Bryan, and
Lewis Bryan to Col. Danl. Yates and William Bush and Penelope his wife:
5 Jul 1798

Last document in folder indicates that “Nancy” in first document should
be Cobb, not Yates.

Names children: James C. Bryan and William Henry Bryan, both infants.
Requests her 1/3 of land. December term, 1827

Indenture to lease lands alloted to minor heirs of deceased by Frederick
I. Becton to James Huggins. January term 1829.

Petition for land division lists following heirs:
John Harget and wife Zilpha, Isaac Hathaway and wife Nancy, John Bryan,
Mary Bryan, Joseph Bryan, William Bryan, Hardy Bryan, and Frederick
Bryan. (Isaac Hathaway is guardian of John, Mary, Joseph, William, and
Hardy; Lemuel Hatch is guardian of Frederick). Land is about 9 miles
outside of Trenton; another is on the River opposite the first; another
is on Crooked Run adjoining Trenton. March term 1824

Order to Nathan Foscue, simmons Harrison, William, Boom?, Rigdon M.
Daniel, and Christopher to divide land. March term, 1824

Petition for dower by Sarah Bryan Sept term 1824. Describes land and
names other heirs same as in other documents.
