CHAMBERLAIN BIBLE

The original Bible is at Heritage Place, Lenoir County Community College and 
was in the Collection of papers from Mrs. Helen Bryan Chamberlain Jones.  The 
Chamberlains lived on Vernon Ave where the Peach House is today and Mrs. 
Chamberlain and her sister owned Chamberlain – Braxton Ladies Apparel, one of 
the finest ladies shops in eastern NC.

Olivia L. Chamberlain was born February 14th 1848

Louis Chamberlain son of Spencer W. & Olivia L. Chamberlain was born 
Aug. 12th 1867

Henry Chamberlain was born April 14th 1869

Spencer W. Chamberlain Jr. was born November 29th 1870

Frank Chamberlain was born Oct. 10th 1872

Claude Chamberlain was born Sept 9th 1879

Frank L. Chamberlain son of L. L. & C. L. Chamberlain was born May 17th 1895

Mary Olivia Chamberlain daughter of H. B. & A. E. Chamberlain, was born 
June 15th 1895
