JARMAN, ANN BURNEY, MARY JARMAN, ELIZABETH JARMAN all of Duplin - state that MCLINDELL JARMAN late of Duplin had a large personal estate consisting of negroes, cattle, household furniture, cash etc --- JARMAN died in June 18 1823 ?(date written over and difficult to read) -- instate --- Oct term of Court JAMES DAVIS and JOB LERRY the testator of the other defendant. LERRY took over the entire control of the estate and the money and estate of JARMAN has gone into the estate of LERRY who departed this line in 1839 or 40 with a will in Lenoir County.
