Comments:

The Benjamin (misspelled, Bengamin) named in this document was 
Benjamin Franklin Sutton (b. 1838; d. 1897), son of Hardy and Annie 
Hill Sutton. Benjamin Sutton (b. ca. 1752; d. 1837), husband of 
Sarah Hardy Sutton, would have been Benjamin Franklin’s grandfather.

Charles W. Holland (b. 1825) was a resident in the Bear Creek and
Bucklesberry community, making him a neighbor of Benjamin.
