   DEAR SIR:--Your assessment of $1.15 has been ordered by the President, J. 
W. Grainger, on report of Director W. O. Lewis, certifying to the death of Mrs. 
Katie King, of Lenoir County, N.C., on the 4th day of March, 1901.
   Your assessment must be paid into this office within thirty days from the date 
of this notice, or you will be subject to be suspended from the Association and all 
benefits thereof without other notice.      Paid Jan 3, 1901
