   At the annual meeting of the officers and members of the above named 
Association held in Kinston on Saturday, Dec. 5th, an assessment was levied for one 
half of one per cent, your prorate of which is $7.33. You are 
required to pay the same within 60 days from date hereof, or your insurance, with all 
the benefits pertaining thereto, will become null and void and of no effect.
