                            Insurance Association.

   Dear Sir:--At the annual meeting of the above named association held Saturday, 
Dec. 4th, an assessment of ˝ of one per cent was levied, your pro rata of which, on 
Policy No. 108053 is $7.53. You are required to pay 
this amount within 60 days from date hereof or your insurance will become null
