                               FIRE INSURANCE ASSOCIATION
                                                     Seven Springs, N.C., Nov 1st, 1917
   At the 23rd annual meeting of the policy holders of the above named association 
held on October 20th, an assessment of one-half of one per cent was levied, your pro 
rata of which on policy No. 108053 is $7.33. This you are required to pay 
within 60 days from the date of this notice or your insurance will become null and void.
