ASSESSMENT No. 28                             Seven Springs, N.C., Jan 20, 1919
   At the annual meeting of the policy holders in the above named association
held in the Court House in Kinston on January 4th an assessment of 1-2 of 1 per 
cent was levied, your pro-rata of which on policy No. 108053 is $7.33. 
This you are required to pay within 60 days from the date of this notice or your 
insurance will become null and void.
   You may send to me by check, P.O. order or registered letter, or pay to First 
National Bank of Kinston or to Rouse Banking Co., La Grange.
