Assessment No. 31                                   Seven Springs, N.C., DEC-3, 1921
Dear Sir:--
   At the 27th annual meeting of the policy holders of the above named association 
held in the Court House in Kinston, on Saturday, November 12th, an assessment of 1-2 
of 1 per cent was levied. Your pro-rata of which on policy No. 108053 
is $7.33…. This you are required to pay within 60 days from the date of 
this notice or your insurance will become null and void.
   You may send to me by check or money order or pay to First National Bank 
of Kinston.
