This fragment may be part of a companion document to the 1801 John 
Ellis to Jesse Watters deed in this Collection. Both documents 
reference 150-acre land tract.

This fragment is about two-inches square. Although there is no 
indicated date, it includes the same grantor and grantee names and 
the same acreage (150 acres) as the other 1801 deed referenced in 
the Collection; therefore, a circa date of 1801 has been assigned.
