Comments:

This is the earliest document in the Collection where 'Senior' 
(or ‘Senr’ as indicated) is used with Benjamin’s name.

Benjamin Sutton, Sr. had a son named Benjamin (b. 1795) who would 
have been a young adult in 1818, about 23 years of age. Benjamin 
the younger, then, would legitimately carry the title of Junior, 
or Benjamin, Jr. 'Senr' assigned to Benjamin the elder's name in 
this document is appropriate so as to allow for differentiation 
from his son.

Additional, random computations appear in the right margin of 
document, but are not included in the transcription.

A large section of the upper-right corner of the document was cut 
away previously.
