            October this 18th 1846 then was constituted the church at Cuningams Chappel of

            the Freewill baptist order 

            On Satturday the 18th after Devine Survis we preceded and Enrolled the 

            Brothers and sisters names as follows & on the 25th day of December 1845

            The first Quarterly meeting held at Cunninghams meeting house was 9th & 10th 

            of May 1847 at which time and place confirmed was held and communion and ??

            Contribution is $100 Evan NOBLE is to write the our letter to Conference
