It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Richard G. Croom resided without this State. It is ordered that notice be given by public advertisement in the Newbern Spectator for six weeks, that the said Richard G. Croom appear before the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the county of Lenoir at the Courthouse in Kinston on the first Monday of October next and replevy and plead to issue or judgment final will be entered up against him.
