William Fields Estate, 1884

Lenoir County Probate Court
In the matter of the Administration of the Estate of Wm Fields

Wm C Fields being duly sworn doth say: That Wm Fields late of said county is 
dead without leaving any will and testament and that W C Fields is the 
proper person entitled to Letters of Administration of the estate of the 
said Wm Fields.

Further that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the 
date of this application, is about $500 and that Elijah Fields, Emma Wood, 
Olivia C Pope, Julia A Newsome, Wm C Fields, Eliza Fields, B N Fields, 
Susanna Aldridge and Fannie W Taylor are entitled as heirs and distributees 
thereof.

Sworn and subscribed before me Wm C Fields this 1st day of October, 1884.
