Bartholomew Fields, 1901
Lenoir County

Lenoir County In the Superior Court
In the matter of the will of Bartholomew Fields, Louis Foss being duly 
affirmed doth say:

That Bartholomew Fields late of said county is dead having made and 
published his last will and testament and that he, Louis Foss is the 
executor named therein. 
Further that of the property of Bartholomew Fields consisting of personal 
property is worth about $500 so far as can be ascertained at the date of 
this application and that Bartholomew Fields Jr, Martha E Fields, Madera 
Fields, Ugenie Herring, Faye Lane, George F Fields and J F W Fields are 
parties entitled under said will to the said property this 1st day of April 
1901.
