B. Watson the sureties – sd Watson departed this life intestate several years ago utterly insolvant and letters of administration on said Watson have been granted to Richard W. King by the Court – William Vause departed this life under the age of 21 and the Court appointed William C. Loftin as adm - James Daughtey has departed this life and the Court appointed Jesse Jackson as adm – Daughety guilty of various breaches as guardian to Vause – Jackson has administered the estate of Daughety except for $50 – the estate of David Evans who was surety on the guardian bond has to pay the court since Daughety had no assets – Evans departed this life in --- 184--- with a considerable estate and John Daughety was the exec and that estate should re-imburse the James Daughety estate for the guardian bond – Mentions that Richard W. King was adm of John A. B. Watson There is an account of the sale of the estate of David Evans included – date was 5 April 1845 – buying were Wilson Tilghman, Levi Wetherington, Alford Tilghman, S or L. W. Carmack, Wm. Harris, William Daughety, R. M. Wadsworth, Eli Cox, Rich. Jones, Even Evins, Needham Moore, Vince Jackson, Jesse Broadway, John L. Hill, Nathan Daughety, Jesse Budd, James Daughety, Thomas Harvey, John R. W. Daughety, F. H. LaRoque, Daniel Broadway, John Wilson, David Broadway, Lewis Whitfield, Hardy Daughety, Council Clark, Henry Dupree, Furney Dupree, Levi Whitford, R. M. Wadsworth, Levi Wetherington, Willis Daughety, Thomas Jones, John Wilson, Richard Jones, Jacob Langston, Barney Phillips, Gersham Wiggins, Wm. Sparrow, Wm. Hardy, Wm. Potts, Senas Gilbert, Vincent Jackson, Thomas Jones, R. B. Watson, Nathan Daughety, Wm. Harris, Joel Wilson, J. H. Pope, George Oxley, Aaron Wiggins, Kinnon Watson, Haywood Jones, John King, Jesse Heath, John Clark, Eli Cox, Wm. Easterling, Jesse Budd Penelope Evans and John Jackson owe John Daughety $730.74 due 10 May 1845 – condition that the said John Daughety as exec of the estate of David Evans has paid to Penelope Evans $365.37 being her portion of the estate of her dec husband the said David Evans – should any additional debts arise for the estate Penelope has to repay the money – wit to the doc was John H. Jackson It appears that a number of people owed money to the estate of David Evans The original Bond sighed by James Daughety, John A. B. Watson and William Lovick before John M.
