An account of sale of the property of George W. Kornegay 
a miner heir of William Kornegay dec sold by his Executors 
the 15th of Feb. 1837
1 lot cattle to Durham Graddy                              $17.50
1 cow & calf to Samuel Southerlin                           11.25
1 Steel trap to William Bostick                              1.55
1 Grey mare to William Miller                              123.60

Also some miners land “rented” for Negro Sam hired for 
one year by himself, one year Dwelling house and Burncoat 
field all together to Rigden Smith                         $18.25
Old Island to Harget Kornegay                               43.25
Dempsey Island to John F. Smith                              7.05

An account of sale of the property of Thomas H. Kornegay 
a miner heir of Wm. Kornegay dec sold 15th Feby 1837
