Petition for account and settlement It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that John S. Harper and Nicey Aldridge, two of the defendants in this case are non residents of this State. It is ordered that advertisement be made for six weeks in the Goldsboro Telegraph, a paper published in Goldsboro', for the said John S. Harper and Nicey Aldridge to appear at our next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, to be held for the County of Greene at the Court House in Snow Hill on the second Monday of August next, then and there to plead answer and demur to the Plaintiff's Bill; or the same will be taken pro confesso and heard exparte.
