Drury Sugg, Administrator debonis non of Martha Sugg deceased, John Sugg, Martha Harper,
Nicey Aldridge who is a resident of the State of Tennessee, John S. Harper, who is a resident of
the State of Mississippi, John T. Freeman and wife Leora, Elias Carr and wife Nicey, Mary
Harper and Patsey Harper, who are infants and Windsor Dixon their Guardian, Charles H.
Albriton, James H. Albriton, Benjamin F. Albriton, and Martha M. Albriton who are infants and
John J. Edwards is their Guardian, Wm. H. Sugg, Henry Pridgen and wife Edy, Richard Dizon
and wife Mary, John Sugg, and Nancy A. Sugg, who is an infant without a Guardian, Elizabeth
Exum, Amey Exum, Emily Exum,Ann Eliza Exum, Penina Exum, Josiah Exum, John Exum, and
Benjamin F. Exum infant children of James E. Exum, Jas Churchill and wife Penelope, Thomas

Petition for account and settlement

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that John S. Harper and Nicey Aldridge, two of the
defendants in this case are non residents of this State. It is ordered that advertisement be made
for six weeks in the Goldsboro Telegraph, a paper published in Goldsboro', for the said John S.
Harper and Nicey Aldridge to appear at our next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, to be held
for the County of Greene at the Court House in Snow Hill on the second Monday of August next,
then and there to plead answer and demur to the Plaintiff's Bill; or the same will be taken pro
confesso and heard exparte. Witness James William, Clerk of said court at office the secon
Monday of May, A.D. 1854.
