State of North Carolina Lenoir County To Any Lawfull Officer of the aforesaid County, Greeting Whereas Samuel DAVIS being in County with Robert WOOTEN hath complained on Oath to Joel HINES one of the Justices for said County that James PRESCOAT agreeable to the book? ---- Justify and --- to the Said Robert WOOTEN to the amount of fifteen dollars & eighty one cents and doth being made that the said James PRESCOAT hath absconded?
