The following is a list of the criminal actions tried before me and finally disposed of since the last term of the superior court held on the 14th day of November 1904 1st State vs Charlie Albritton-defendant guilty of an assault ,suspended upon payment of the costs. 2nd State vs Edmond Jones-defendant guilty of an assault,judgement suspended upon payment of the costs. 3rd State vs Ben Smith-defendant guilty-suspended upon payment of the costs. 4th State vs Council Taylor-defendent not guilty. 5th State vs Reddick Johnson and Charles Rogers-defendants guilty of trespass and judgement suspended upon payment of the costs. 6th State vs John Washington defendant guilty of carrying a concealed weapon and required to give a fifty dollar bond for his appearance at the next term of the court. 7th State vs Stanton Kennedy Sr.,Stanton Kennedy Jr, and Frank DeGraffeuried? defendant Stanton Kennedy Sr.not guilty,defendant Stanton Kennedy Jr. guilty and required to give a bond of one hundred dollars for his appearance at the next term of the court.Defendant Frank DeGraffeuried not found. signed W.T.Dribble Justice of the Peace Kinston Township
