Louisa N. Bond – on 15 Feb. 1884, Pate was declared a lunatic and is in 
the Western Insane Asylum at Morganton and Sutton can't recover the 
land under the conditions of the Deed – Sutton to get land back – tract 
NS Neuse, Kinston Township, mouth of Deep Bottom Branch where Tull's 
line begins agreeable to the division line of the heirs of Richard 
Caswell dec, Dr. C. Graham, Snow Hill Road, J. C. Washington, river 
bank – 922 acres, 3 roads and 34 perches
