Winnifred B. Whitfield now Winnifred B. Blount of the first part, 
Herritage W. Blount of the 2nd part, and William H. Washington of the 3rd 
part – on 17 Sept 1850 the estate of Winnifred was conveyed to sd 
Washington in a special trust for the use of sd Winnifred and to be 
free of any debts of the said Blount – the sd Washington departed this 
life on Augt 13, 1860 (sic) and Nathan B. Whitfield was appointed at 
the Fall Term in 1868 as the trustee – case of Winnifred and Herritage 
Blount vs Powhatan Wootdridge and Ann Maris his wife, heirs of sd 
Washington – on 18 Jan 1870 land was purchased for the use of Winnifred

lands Richard H. and James G. Whitfield inherited from their father 
through division – 73 acres – it being the land received by James G. 
Whitfield in the division of the lands of his father James B. Whitfield 
– all of the lands received by sd James Whitfield was sold by him to 
Bryan Whitfield  by deed 22 June 1866 and sold at public sale to 
satisfy executions against sd Bryan and Lot W. Humphrey was high bidder 
on 5 July 1869 and sd Humphrey and wife sold to Rufus Edmondson on 8 
July 1869 - should the sd Winnifred not dispose of the property before 
her death then the sd Washington should hold it in trust for any 
children or for her husband for his lifetime then to any children – if 
the sd Winnifred should die without issue then the sd Blount to receive
