North Carolina Lenoir County

25 Aug 1863 - William W. Dunn deed to Robert H. Rountree, both of Lenoir 
County, $6,000 dollars for 291 acres of land in Lenoir adjoining the lands 
of Robert H. Rountree and S. H. Rountree and others and bounded by the road 
from Kinston to Coward's Bridge, S. H. Rountree's corner, Cynthia Dunn's 
line on Poplar Branch, R. H. Rountree's line, and Neuse River being the land 
purchased of Henry R. Strong Clerk & Master in Equity which was sold under a 
decree of said Court made at October Term AD 1859 upon the petition of Lewis 
B. Cox Guardian to his daughter Almira Gertrude Cox.
