Indenture made 30 Jan 1837 between Walter Dunn and Henry Tull both of the 
county of Lenoir for $3,000, 300 acres in said county on the north side of 
Neuse River and on both sides of Jerico Branch near the head thereof being 
part of three surveys made by Job Ives, Simon Bright and Richard Caswell 
bounded by run of Jerico Branch, said Dunn's Henry Black's land, Dunn and 
Tull's corner, John Washington's corner, Will Lovick.
Witnesses: P. Hardee and W. S. T. Croom

July Term 1838 - Then was the foregoing deed exhibited in open court and 
ordered to be registered.
