Beginning at a white oak on the Long Branch & runs N. 75 W 114 po Then So 60 W 
58 po to a Black Gum then S. 22 W 24 po to an oak, then N 85 W 26 po to a Black 
Gum then N 22 W 21 po to a pine then No 82 W 216 po to a Black gum then No 25 S 
17 po to a Persimmon then N 84 W 160 po to a (blank) Then N 25 E 26 po (blank) 
then S 82 E 54 po to a pine by the side up the Long Branch & then to the Big 
(word cut off) 
Agreeable to the request of Wm. Kornegay Sr. guardian to A. H. Grady  I have 
proceded to lay off one hundred and twenty seven acres of land out of a survey 
of four hundred thirty two acres belonging to A. H. Grady ward of sd Kornegay & 
the above platt is a true representation of the one hundred and twenty seven 
acres laid off for which I acknowledge my receipt of two dollars paid by sd 
Kornegay
