Benjamin B. JONES to W. C. HINES of Lenoir Co., NC
24 January 1877

State of North Carolina
Lenoir County
This Deed of Conveyance made this the 24th day of January A. D. 1877 by and 
between Benj. B. JONES of the first part and W. C. HINES of the second part all 
parties of the county and State aforesaid, Witnesseth, that for and in 
consideration of the sum of one hundred & fifty dollars to the first party in 
hand paid by the said W. C. HINES the receipt whereof is hereby duly 
acknowledged. Have sold and conveyed let & leased unto the said W. C. HINES and 
the said B. B. JONES does hereby sell & convey let & lease unto the said W. C. 
HINES his heirs and assigns the Place in Lenoir County in Trent Township knows 
as the Daniel HINES place containing about 365 acres more or less. To have and 
to hold the same to W. C. HINES and his heirs and assigns.

The execution of the foregoing deed of Conveyance was this day proved before me
