State of North Carolina  Lenoir County
by virtue of a Warrant No. 445, I have Surveyed a tract or parcel
of land Containing one hundred and twenty three acres for Elisha
Pipkin lying on the South side of Neuse River and on the West Side
of panter Creek, Beginning at a pine on the North Side of the Road
in or near Needham Whitfields line and runs Wt 30 pole to a pine
on the South Side of the road and runs So 12 Wt 222 pole to a pine
then So 71 E 87 Pole to a pine then a direct line to the Beginning
