Written: 1789

November 4th, 1789 - Francis Shine, 194 acres, Dobbs County, on the north side of 
Neuse River beginning at a small laurel and runs with Whites line to a black oak, 
thence with Samuel Caswells, John Coarts, Pleasant Potts's & Stringer McIlweans 
lines and including all the vacant lands between the said lines (Lenoir). Winston 
Caswill and William White Exors. of Jno. Stringer McIlwean Decd. enters a caveat 
against a warrants issuing on this entry 20th Jany. 1790.
