14 Feb 1778 - Jonathan Benton 100 acres in Dobbs on the north side of Panther 
Creek joining Jesse Pipkins and his own lines. Jesse Pipkin enters a caveat 
against a warrant issuing on this entry 11 Mar 1778, caveat withdrawn by Jesse 
Pipkin 6th April.
