Indenture 17 Dec 1845 between Jacob Parrott and Henry Tull, both of Lenoir - 
$4000 - 400 acres in the county on the north side of Neuse River being lands 
which he purchased of W. B. Rhem and wife - beginning at a read oak on a road 
in W. Dunns corner (Walter Dunn) to a branch then Dunns line to the river 
opposite Jacob Jacksons sane beach and with the various courses of the river 
so low down as to include four hundred acres.
