Indenture made March 1, 1745 between Francis Stringer and Thomas Lewis both of 
Craven, for 110 pounds land in Craven/Lenoir on the north side of Neuse River 
and east side of Atkins Branch containing 50 acres.

Witnesses: Francis Fargharson (Ferguson?), Wm Thompson and Jno Williams
