KINCY'S upper corner and runs with his lines S25 W268 poles to a stake at the Trenton Road then up the road N60 1/3 W76 poles to a stake then 26 W 176 poles to a stake then S46 1/2 W36 poles to a stake then N43 1/2 W28 poles to a stake in the James BRYANT line then with the Bryant lines N46 1/2 E58 poles to a stake then N14 1/3 E40 poles to a stake then N5 1/2 E167 poles to a stake in a ditch at the head of Sandy Branch then down the ditch and run of Sandy branch the various courses to the run of Chinquapin Creek then down the various courses of the run of Chinquapin Creek tot he beginning containing two hundred and ninety one acres not including the Ginhouse lot of four acres which is held in common and bounded as follows: Beginning at the fork of the road and runs up the side of the Trenton road N60 1/3 W417 feet and 5 inches to a stake then S 23 W417 feet 5 inches then S60 1/3 E417 feet and 5 inches to the Dillahunt road then with the side of the road N23 E417 feet and 5 inches to the beginning------- January the 30th 1909 Wm.
