Mr. Jessa Harper
Dear Sir
I send you today by Mr. Dawson a Petition to get the three silver ??? men to 
sign it  regardless of party affiliation to have a convention on Aug 20 1898 to 
nominate county officers every man that sign it is a delegate to the convention.  
I think it is right when we can get the voice of the people of the county.  I 
hope we will have a thousand delegates to said convention.
