for Corrispondent Leters inquired after brother Persall from the bear marsh came 
forward and delivered verbal message the State of the church inquired into found 
in peace. Adore for the reseption of members was opened delegates appointed 
Brother Hardy & Stroud to the Bear Creek, brother Waller & Hardy To Bear Marsh, 
brother Hardy & Stroud ------------planes
June 1838
Conference opened by prayer by praise by the moderator List of members called 
for correspond letters call for Brother Loftin for the Bear Marsh came forward 
and delivered verbal message Brother Grady from Pleasant Plains
Brother Whitfield from Bear Creek the state of the Church inquired & found in 
peace. A door for the reception of members were opened when Henry Heath came 
forward and was decided in the negative.
Delegates appointed brother Jesse Hardy & brother Waller to Bear Marsh brother 
Stroud to Albertson & Pleasant Plains? --- Hardy & brothers Waller to Bear------
