Respected Sir
I understand you are very uneasy about a copy of the farmer petition being 
served on you & Aunt Elizabeth. I will tell you I am oblige to use your names in 
case the reason you were noticed again was this  Alfred Houston appointed 
Guardian for Wm. Houston child & we had to amend the petition & we had to notice 
you again. Its nothing against you not one cent. I have give you a clear receipt 
& if that is not satisfaction I will give you a bond. I am in hopes this will 
satisfy you on the subject, I will see John N. Stallings at Court & get him to 
rite you so that I think we both can satisfy you on the matter.
