AGREEMENT BETWEEN JN. J. WHALEY AND WHITFIELD GRADY - 1868

Personally appeared before me an acting Justice of the peace for said county, 
John J. Whaley, &  maketh oath in due form of law that he has lost or mislaid a 
certain written agreement between the said Jn. J. Whaley and Whitfield Grady 
Relative to the rent of land wherein the said Whaley was to pay to the said 
Grady $30 per year  sworn to & subscribed before me Feb. 1 1868 John M. Chastin

I hereby release all claims in said agreement to the said Whitfield Grady.
