Carolina. Rev'd John D. Elwell chosen Moderator. Conference opened by prayer. A Church Covenant was Rec'd and adopted and also Rules of Decorum. Brother James M. Spence was chosen and set apart as Deacon of the church. Brother Whitfield Grady, Clerke, after this the Church was Regular Constituted. Conference Closed by prayer.
