SHERIFF TO WHITFIELD GRADY

Recd. of Whitfield Grady Three Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars in full payment 
of 125 acres of Land sold by me as Trustee for John K. Grady at the Court House 
doone in Kinston after advertising the Same According to Law for which I promise 
to make a Deed when called upon as Trustee. March 5th 1861
