Blizzard, John M., Private
Born in Lenoir County and was by occupation a farmer prior to enlisting in 
Wake County on August 3, 1861. Present or accounted for until he died "at 
home" on or about June 26, 1862. Cause of death not reported. Death records 
dated July 23, 1862, give his age as 30.
