Braxton, Isaac B., Private
Company C, 27th Regiment NC Troops
Resided in Lenoir County where he enlisted at age 20, May 6, 1862, for the 
war. Wounded at Wilderness, Virginia, on or about May 5, 1864. Returned to 
duty prior to June 3, 1864, when he was wounded in the left shoulder at Cold 
Harbor, Virginia. Returned to duty in January-February, 1865. Present or 
accounted for through February, 1865.
