Wounded in the right eye at or near Petersburg, Virginia, on or about September 15, 1864. Reported absent wounded through December, 1864. Returned to duty in January-February, 1865. Hospitalized at Richmond, Virgina, March 3, 1865, with a gunshot wound of the right side. Place and date wounded not reported.
